Deposit

1. To secure your date and time, we require a non-refundable deposit of £50 to be paid at the time of booking.

2. The remainder of your balance is due 28 days prior to your event. Should we not receive this, we will assume our service is no longer required and retain the £50 non-refundable deposit.

3. A deposit of £100 will be required alongside your final payment. This will be refunded in full within one week of your event providing there is no damages to Confetti Candy’s equipment.

Cancellations

1. Bookings can be cancelled up to 28 days prior to the event with no additional charge, however, we will retain the £50 non-refundable deposit. Any bookings cancelled after the 28 day period will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking price.

2. In the unlikely event of circumstances beyond our control resulting in Confetti Candy being unable to honour your booking, such as adverse weather, a full refund will be made. No compensation will be considered.

Damage and/or Loss

1. Confetti Candy ensure that all equipment is brought to your event in excellent condition. It should remain in this condition for collection.

2. No banners or decorations should be attached to the cart without prior permission from Confetti Candy.

3. Any loss or damage of Confetti Candy’s equipment will be charged at the cost of replacement.

4. Confetti Candy will notify The Client of any loss or damages in writing with photographic evidence where possible. An invoice will be provided for any loss or damages and any amounts in excess of the breakage deposit will be required to be paid within 14 days.

Venue

1. It is The Clients responsibility to notify the venue of our expected arrival and collection time unless agreed otherwise.

 

Photography

1. Confetti Candy reserves the right to take photographs of the our displays at your event for promotional purposes unless you ask us not to.

Allergens

1. Confetti Candy cannot be held responsible for any issues relating to allergens. We will provide The Client with all allergen information prior to the event.

Agreement

By booking with Confetti Candy and paying the £50 non-refundable deposit, you are agreeing to the above terms. Therefore, we’d advise you read these carefully and ensure you fully understand them. If you are unsure or have any questions, please contact us directly.
